I don’t know how many times I have dragged this pattern out of the cupboard with the intention of starting it, but now I have FINALLY managed to start tracing and stitching my Little Patchwork Village!
I bought the kit about, oh, nearly two years ago now?! I’m sure I took a photo of it once, but can’t find it, so I will take another one later. I have seen others in Blogland happily stitching (and finishing!) their village, and I kept saying that I should start, I should start. Now I have and am finding they are going nice and quick… so who knows, I may join the ranks of a finished village this year too!
In other news, my sister tagged me on this pic on facebook:
I think she knows me just a little bit 🙂
oooh nice stitching Joy, it will be a blessing to watch your progress..Oh I so am stealing that picture to share on Facebook, cheers Vickie
Cute stitchery! Sure you will have them all whipped up in nothing flat! Love the cartoon!
I have to show that cartoon to my hubby!
Thanks for the comment on my blog. Blogging still tempts me because I like to write, but I’m seeing that my children need more of my time right now, so it’s got to be shelved or at the very least tamed. Your blog inspires me to get projects done, so you’re being useful here. 🙂
Good for you getting started on your patchwork village! I thought they stitched up very quickly and I’m so glad I finally got around to making mine! :0)
Yes, you can finish by the end of the year!!! It will be very cute. Like the funny. I think I know that person.
