(I wrote this last night and thought I’d hit publish… but something must have gone wrong! So here it is a day late!)
I was quite pleased with what I achieved on FNWF… It would have been nice to do more, but I’m still happy. I finished another 100 patch which means I have only one more zippy bag of 2″ squares to sew together:
Then I cut out the rest of the parts for the flying geese for Harmony…
I would have done more, except I had a few distractions:
I suppose he was only trying to help, but I really didn’t want his help, so I thought maybe if I put a basket in the doorway it would stop him from coming in:
Instead he decided to drop his grass in the yarn and then proceeded to toss yarn out to find it again:
Silly Snowy… they are eating the grass down for me, but they also ate my lettuce so I am not impressed with them at the moment…. 🙂
Off to bed… hope everyone had a lovely weekend…
What a great way to use up your 2 1/2″ squares..
I think Snowy is gorgeous..
I just love your helper–I miss having a helper!!!Ha Ha!!!
I did get the sewing machine out of the closet and set on the table–
does that count towards anything???
and I did get a bit of fall decorating done today– and some boxes sorted and off the floor and a big closet cleaned up on Saturday–does that count towards anything???
and Bubbles tank got cleaned today and new water–
does that count towards anything?????
love and laughter, di
Oh dear Snowy, that isn’t helpful.. Just eat your grass. Maybe the lettuce could be up higher. They are in a pot aren’t they? Well done on some more UFO work. I just can’t seem to get back sewing, though yesterday I put the backing & batting on the machine for that ‘last’ book quilt. Today, we are probably going to search for hubby’s Xmas present at Masters. Have a good day & take care.
Hello Joy,
You have your very own My Little Pony. Good luck with the sewing.
Happy days.

Such a cute pony ♥
So funny…an unusual sewing partner! Your patches look great.
Lovely little helper. I am sewing 2 inch squares also and have almost finished. Fun !!! Xxx

Lol…did you say that pony’s name is Snowy or Milo!! lol That is something
Milo would do.
My son loves to cut my fabric into 2″ squares. I always tell him that if he cut bigger pieces I’d get more quilts done. He says he does it to “keep me busy.” I might have to start working with them a bit more than I do. They are piling up. P..S. That little friend of yours is adorable!
