I’ve had a fairly productive weekend…. I have been sewing my granny squares together:
I finished the quilt on Emmie G… Since I had backing and batting leftover on the Gammill, I decided to quilt some small things on it:
These are for bags, and yes they are UFOs 🙂
Just did a simple loopy loop… I will show you more when the bags are finished.
Well, I’m off to pop another quilt on Emmie G…. got to get more done before I leave 🙂
How has your weekend been?
Well look at you cranking out the UFO’s! Way to go. I worked on one yesterday. Well, actually I worked on two. Every little bit helps, right?
I am going to work on ufo’s today while watching the races–I no longer have cable so have to go down and watch it in the community room–so decided I might as well baste some quilts while watching it–as they have the long tables down there–so got 2 of them ready to go–
and I hauled out one of the bagged up ufo’s that needs more blocks done and got 3 of them ready for applique and one of those has gotten done–
so I am working—–
enjoy the moments, di
Well done, how long before you leave, and where do you have the gammill, is it still in your shed?
Hi Joy see you soon, the squares look fantastic,i love the colour.
The granny square rug is progressing nicely. I also stick small things on (occasionally) if they go with the backing OK & get them done, but haven’t for a while. I’ve now finished 2 UFOs (crochet shawl & cushion) & the one quilt on Bubs so far this year. Must work out how to join in & also compile the list so it makes sense. Oh, BTW, I got a 1st for the shawl, 1st for the quilt with Bronwyn Hayes embroideries, 2nd for the cushion and K got a 2nd for his car. Should try & post about it all, but need to compile the above first. Have a great week & take care.
