Welcome to the 7th Day of Last Minute Christmas Gifts! Today I made some Soup Bowl Cozies using the tutorial from Super Mom No Cape!
I’d seen these soup bowl cozies on various blogs before and thought they would really come in handy.. but never quite got around to making any…
But today I finally made some! I got out a charm pack that was leftover from my shop…
I love this charm pack and was secretly happy it didn’t sell 🙂
In no time I made these two cozies:
I chain sewed them to make it go quicker.. but then decided to make one more with red and green charm squares…
It took me about half an hour to make it, so you see it makes a great last minute Christmas gift!
They look good in Mum’s crockery drawer, don’t they?
I have some charms leftover from the pack – each cozy used 8 charms… I’ll be doing something with the leftovers in the next few days, so stay tuned…
I really like these cozies…
Head over to Super Mom No Capes’ Tutorial and make some of these before Christmas!
Oh, there is just one problem… I want to keep them myself! Maybe I can wrap them up and put them under the tree for me… what do you think?
PS The main page of this series is here along with links to each post for this series.
Ahh–I need the soup to go in the bowls–I don’t eat alot of soup now that I live here in Fl–though today would be a good soup day–it is cold here today!!
those are cute cozies–and do look like fun to make!!
enjoy the moments, di
