After a very satisfying visit to Cracker Barrel we went to find a quilt shop called Loving Stitches…
Like at Gotham Quilts, the first thing we saw when we walked in were Berninas 🙂
There was even one which showed what it looks like on the inside..
Then all around the shop there were old Berninas…
The rest of this post is just going to be pics of all the old Berninas…
Isn’t it an amazing collection? I have a loooong way to go before mine is anything like that!
Oh, almost forgot one more Bernina in the basement…..
Next post will be all the lovely quilts hanging on the walls behind the Berninas 🙂
Great to see the inside of the Bernina .
What a lovely collection of Bernina’s…
I own the third one down, which was my Mum’s.
The seventh one down was my 21st gift from the family and now sew on a QE 440…
How I’d love the one in the basement!!…..
Interesting, but at least mine wasn’t in the “old” section, although it is now nearly 24 years in age. I’ve had a play on one of the long-arm Berninas & they are quite light & very smooth to operate. Take care & keep having fun.
great to see the old sewing machines………
I think my Mum still has her old Bernina. Haven’t seen it in a while so maybe she traded it in on her current Bernina. Love seeing old machines. Hugs,xx
Our shop has the same one that’s in the basement there, and it’s fun to watch, but I don’t see myself spending that much money on a longarm!
