Block 4 of Alice and my Free Block of the Month is Kindness…… and will be sent out via email on the 10th….
So our next word is kindness… which according to Google means “the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate”.
I think in our fast paced world we often get too busy to be any of these – kind, friendly, generous or considerate! It is a good reminder for me to go out of my way to show kindness to those that I meet from day to day….
If you are on my newsletter list you will get the pattern sent out to you in a few days. If you are not on my newsletter list, you can sign up here and still get it on the 10th or later in the month, with a link to Block 1 – Love... , Block 2 – Patience… & Block 3 Peace…
I’ve got some show and tell this month! This block was made by Cheryl, one of my newsletter subscribers…
Isn’t it lovely? I love the way she has added bits of embroidery and used different stitches…
A few “patience” blocks popped up on the web…
This one is made by Magpie Sue, love the colors she is using…
And Cheryl made this one:
And some of last month’s blocks, “peace”.. Di made this one, lovely and bright:
And another one from Cheryl:
Thank you ladies for sharing these photos with us and for joining in on this block of the month!
Remember, “kindness” will be delivered to your inbox on the 10th if you are on my newsletter list!
No act of kindess, no matter how small, is ever wasted.

Love these blocks. I just finished reading the most depressing book and never want to read another one like that. I need more positive truth in my life. This is a great start!
