In case you are wondering where I’ve been this past week… I’ve been in the car… driving for hours and hours…. and hours… 🙂
You see my youngest DS is trying to get his license, and here in the state of Victoria he needs to get 120 supervised driving hours before he can take the test…
A few weeks ago he bought his first car… and the L plates went on… and the driving started…. 🙂 We’re up to 41 hours so far!
I’ve been enjoying the Aussie countryside… and somehow we have managed to drive past a few quilt shops…. funny that!
I’ve taken lots of pictures, but haven’t had time to post any of them. I’m hoping next week I can though! So stay tuned for some posts of Aussie Quilt Shops 🙂
I’ll be back on Monday with a fun tutorial for our Sew Early 4 Christmas Blog Hop…
Hope you are all having a lovely weekend!
A great way to see the countryside and so good to be able to spend so much time with your son!
Look forward to seeing your photo’s. Hugs,xx
Wheeee!! Look forward to that. We’ve a few on this side you know!!!
Good practice for the young man. Have a good week, stay warm & take care.
That’s a lot of driving to do quickly…. at least you get to see places.. come up here!!! haha…

S for son D for? I know it was lovely for you. I always love a good drive in the country.
Good Luck to DS on getting his licence – he is obviously in a hurry to get it – but at lest you see some shops.
Busy week for a good cause! The quilt shop visits are a bonus alright!
hahahaha well, 120 hours is a lot of fuel, so quilt shops should definitely be on the route. And perhaps a few fabric purchases go a ways to calming frazzled driving instructor nerves? Still cheaper than professional instruction. 🙂 xx
