Since the end of last year, I’ve been making myself some monthly goal and calendar pages to help stay on track. In December I shared some with you, and I thought I’d try to start sharing them regularly… Of course the past two months were so hectic, I didn’t quite get there! But hopefully from here on in I can have them ready for you at the end of each month.

As usual, DD drew the graphics for these free planning pages (just click on the pic above to download them!), and I did the rest of the design 🙂 I think we make a pretty good team!
I also did them in black and white, in case you don’t have a color printer, or just want to save on ink and color them in yourselves…

To go with the free planning pages above, I also designed a matching monthly planner that you can check out it in the Days Filled With Joy Membership. … It’s full of other planning pages that I use for the month… I use them on my ipad, and Sapphy makes sure she helps out…
Here are a few pics of the rest of the planner:
In other news….
I did manage to get the binding sewn together… and then I had a major problem:
I mean… how could I keep sewing???
I did briefly think about kicking her off….
But then I couldn’t bring myself to do it….
Maybe tomorrow she’ll be off the quilt and I can finish 🙂
I’ll be back in a few days to show you my goals for March…. till then,
Now to have a personal assistant to carry out all of the appts! lol
Pretty graphics!
Thanks for the beautiful planning pages. You’ve inspired me to actually set goals and plan rather than just flailing along.
And your kindness to Sapphy is also inspiring (actually, I’m just the same as you in that regard).
Aww, there’s no way you could move that furry bundle out of the way!
No, you couldn’t move her, she is looks so contented there (even though she is sound asleep)
doesn’t that little bundle of fur look so comfortable on your quilt… good planning there….
Hugz
Awww…………Sapphy reminds me of my late helpers. The pages will definitely be a help, as remember I was asking you about journaling? Will print them off tomorrow & maybe buy the rest. Our NBN is up & running again after “more” maintenance. Take care & keep cool over the weekend. Got to 40.8 here today. Ugh!
I need to ask if you pin your quilt layers with safety pins before machine quilting them. And, is the machine in your photo the one you use? I like the overall swirls you used on this lavender quilt. I want to be able to do that!! One other question — do you use the same color thread top and bottom?
Hi Joy, I just love the colors of that quilt! It looks like your kitty runs your life like our dog Coco does ours! My husband bought me a elnaStar sewing machine today It only weighs 12 pounds and I will be able to take it to the new friend I met here in our subdivision and will take turns meeting at each others house to quilt. Now i have to learn how to use it even though it is not as complicated as the bigger ones. It is so hard for me to lift anything heavier than that with my arms and back. It is his birthday and he bought me this! More than what I wanted to spend but the owner did give us a good price..I am thankful. I don’t have the baby quilt finished tying yet but will send a picture when I do. I am behind like a cow’s tail! Enjoy your week-end living here will be over Sunday to celebrate Bob’s birthday with cake and ice cream. Nancy
It’s not fair. I can’t believe that it is March already. Ugh, ugh, ugh!!! I love the goal sheets. The graphics are super cute. Hopefully, I can get some stuff done this month. The purple quilt is looking awesome and Nope–there is no way that I could kick the cutie off!!!
Lovely planning sheets Joy (and DD). My daughter bought me a pad of weekly planning sheets a few years ago, which I find really helpful – I do still get sidetracked though!! Isn’t it fun how cats get attracted to our quilts! Nice to see that your new sewing room is functional for more than one of you 🙂
Now, that’s the kind of major problem I’d like to have! Obviously the quilt is perfect if it has the cat stamp of approval.
Hello Joy, I did laugh at the photo of your cat on your quilt as I have been trying to sew here today also – it is raining which makes for a good sewing day – & my black cat is on my ironing board also!! Yes on top of all my Tilda fabrics. They sure do lead the life of Riley don’t they Joy. Have a great weekend Xx
