Ooops!!! I totally forgot to post Block 9 of the Gingerbread Village!!! Granted, I have been in hospital.. is that a good enough excuse?!
In any case I think next year I need to schedule the free BOM ahead for the year…. seriously… but oh well, here it is, the final block of our Gingerbread Village Free BOM!

Of course we had to have a Christmas tree in our Christmas BOM 🙂
You know, I thought I was so organized… I finished up the block and did the photos before I left Oz almost a month ago because I knew I would be away.. and then I went and still forgot to post it! So yes, I think I might add scheduling posts in next year to save my poor brain…
Here are all the blocks on my design wall back home…
Some will probably have fallen down by the time I get back in a few weeks… but that’s ok, because it is time to sew them together…
I’m probably going to be boring and just put borders on it now… but let’s see!
Hope you’ve enjoyed this block of the month… DD and I are working hard behind the scenes on another BOM (or two) for you all next year!!!
So, now I am wondering… do you schedule any of your posts???
Hi Joy! I hope you are feeling better and out of the hospital. I use the scheduling feature for posts all of the time. I have five posts ready for next week all scheduled because I’m going to a conference. I usually try to reread a post the day before just to make sure I didn’t forget something or it needs a few edits. What a lovely final block and a fabulous BOM. ~smile~ Roseanne
Hope you are okay now after your hospital stay.
The Christmas BOM was very cute ..
Yes I have scheduled posts and they have worked well.
Hope you are feeling better. Thanks so much for your hard work on these BOMs! I schedule posts if I’m in a blog hop but generally not other times
How sweet these blocks look on your design wall! Yes, sometimes I schedule ahead but it is hard to keep my verbs in the right tense! lol
Feel better soon!
They look so sweet when all together! I’m thinking about doing a few repeats to make it large enough for a bed. Will have to do some math, may need to do sashing ….
Very cute. X
Is this the end??? I so enjoy all your blocks. Thank you to you and your daughter for all your creative work. PT
Hope your recovery is quick.

I am sorry you were in the hospital. I hope you are doing fine now. I can hardly get one post done let alone schedule ahead! Nancy
I’m really sorry to hear that you were sick enough to be in the hospital! I hope it wasn’t for long and you are much better now. Yes, I schedule blogposts all the time. It really keeps me from forgetting things, but don’t schedule until the post is finished. I couple of times, I forgot to go back and add something I thought I would remember! LOL
Thank you so much for this final one, and for seeing them on your design wall. They are so cute all together like that, and it gave me an idea. Now, I have a special plan for a little something with the four-patch ones coming up in November. Stay tuned. I will give you credit and link back wherever you’d like, so let me know if the patterns will be fore sale or what next month.
Oh Joy….just gorgeous! Love those pretty pastels with the brown….

awwww – this is so cute! I love all the little houses and although I’m not a fan of pink I like it in combination with the brown and green as you’ve used.
