  2. Hi Joy, Am saving the directions for the bag. Thank you. I finally finished the Christmas box cover. I really messed it up so not proud of my workmanship but it will do. Also made a scrunchie today and got one of the materials out to start on the Hexagon mat. Nancy

  6. I have too many novelty fabrics and I am pretty sure I would have bought a piece of the fabric you used for this bag if I had seen it. It’s a cute little bag. If used for a gift bag it is a gift inside and out. Love it.

  8. Days Filled With Joy! You can never have too many bags! LOL. I, too, collect novelty fabrics when I see ones I feel I really NEED. Ideas pop into my head, I buy the fabric, take it home, and promptly get distracted doing something else and forget I bought it until it is time to straighten up the sewing room.

    1. Little bags to keep things safe are always fun. I like to make them and gift with some contents… such as legos for kids or makeup or nail polish for girlfriends.

  17. Fun bag! A girl can never have too many bags to put things in. As for your question – I don’t end up buying novelty prints very often although now we have grandkids I have a few that I’ve used to make things for them.

  19. Hi, here I am back again a day late and a dollar short. Do you remember that phrase? My grand daughter thought I’d gone bonkers when I said it to her. We all can use a little ditty bag. I use to teach Girl Scouts to make these. I guess need to say I am entering this entry at Days Filled With Joy.
