It’s Day 1 of the No Ring November Blog Hop hosted by the lovely Carla from Creatin in the Sticks!
The challenge for the bloggers participating was to create something to protect those surfaces – mug rug, coaster, small placemat, etc.
Day 1 No Ring November Blog Hoppers are:
Is blog “hopper” even a word? Well, it is now, and I’d like to encourage you to go and check out the blogs because there are some super, super cute projects ready for everyone to enjoy!
No Ring November Blog Hop Giveaways
Some of us will be having giveaways during the hop, so once again, a good idea for you to visit everyday!
Carla has gift voucher to give away… check out the details at the end of this post!
I am going to be giving away FOUR copies of my most popular pattern on Etsy:
This hexagon table topper is all done on the sewing machine, no hand stitching, and no dreaded Y-seams!
Going in the draw to win this pattern is easy!
Just Comment and Follow/Like!
You will get an entry for each comment you leave on my blog between today and Friday, and if you let me know in one of your comments that you have liked me on FACEBOOK and followed me on INSTAGRAM you will get an extra entry for each of those!
The draw will be done in the most scientific way, like last time…. Sapphy has grown a bit since then, so I might need to use a bigger basket!
I will be giving away one pattern per blog post… I will only be doing the draws on the weekend though, so make sure to comment everyday to increase your chances of winning…starting today!!
Ok, enough from me.. go check out the bloggers today and I will be back tomorrow with the next group of bloggers…
Fun, I like gifting mug rugs because they are quick to make up and so darn cute!
A useful item to make and use!
Is it just me or did we use to call these coaster?
I made some mug rugs last year for Christmas presents. They are really nice to give with a mug to someone you don’t know very well. Love your table topper also!
Sounds like a fun hop. And in response to Becky Turner, yes we used to (and some of still do) call them coasters. Before coasters, we used saucers for our drinks to sit on.
Hi Joy! Thanks for the list for today’s blog hoppers. It’s a fitting word in my book! I have been looking forward to this week’s hop as I need a few ideas for some small gifts. They are always welcome, I think. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne
I like this a lot. Very nice.
