Last Week’s This and That

Last week went by in a blur… mostly because I got a new job….. Not sure why I got a new job, but it just happened and before I knew it, there I was with an interview and a job!

It’s as a personal care worker for a gentleman that lives just around the corner… just two or three afternoons a week, so not too bad, but somehow I ended up agreeing to take on another client and I have an interview for that this morning….

I see less sewing in my future……………………..

This Week’s This and That

This week is going to be a busy one… but I think that will be the case for all of us! Mind you, I’ve got Christmas fairly organized… Now if only I could get my blog posts out on time!!!!

Our Christmas tree is up………..

Yes. It’s a small one. On a shelf. That’s because of our gorgeous little Loki kitten of mischief…. .we tried to put up the big tree but he promptly started chewing on it…. so it was off to plan B!

And my Lego Christmas Village…. I just love this time of year, don’t you?

All the houses can be turned around and there are all sorts of cool things inside…

You might see some Star Wars Lego in the photos… storm troopers, droids and jedis…. that’s because one year we had a Lego Star Wars Advent calendar… so now they are part of the village….

Well that is it for me… gotta head out to the sewing room and finish the Christmas SAL wall hanging!!
