Having a problem getting into my account. I have only one e-mail and one password with you. Saying my password doesn’t match. But not letting me change the password. I have been getting your e-mails all along and the patterns but unable to get the Teacup pattern. Says it is free. Please advise. Thanks. I have been getting Spring Stitch-a-long with no problem.
