Last Week’s This and That
Last week went by quickly! I guess that is what happens when it’s Easter and a long weekend! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Easter!
I did end up doing a little bit of decorating… I found the box of decorations… it was fun to see some of the things the kids had made years ago.. .sadly this little bunny from DD broke:

I got this cute table cloth out that I bought in Germany many years ago, and Loki thought it was quite comfy…
Sylvie spent some time in the Studio with me last week…. I gave her a ball of yarn to play with… maybe not such a good idea, but she had fun!
It got tangled up in all her toys and around her… but kept her occupied while I did some catchup sewing for Sarah.
I did a bit more tidying but forgot to take photos…. next time I’ll give you an update on that!
I also tackled the fridge…. I was amazed at how many almost empty bottles of sauce or salad dressing there were in there!!! So I consolidated, tossed, wiped, and organized it… I just need to do the bottom drawers and then it will be as new again! (until next time!)
This Week’s This and That
It’s another short week because today was public holiday and I didn’t have to work…. I have two long days of work tomorrow and Wednesday, and a busy blog week planned, so I think this week will go by quickly…
I’d better set some goals this week… let’s see if I hit them!
In the Hoop
- stitch up the next flower block
In the Sewing Room
- work on next blog hop project
- find #9 for Chookshed Challenge:
This one is nearly finished, but I need to redo the second row because I did it wrong…. sigh…
In the Yarn Basket
- finish one large granny square for a cat blanket
In the Kitchen
- finish cleaning the fridge
In the Home
- declutter the sunroom and take stuff to the opshop
In the Garden
- plant geranium cuttings
In the Planner
- plan out April

What fun to have a peek inside your fridge! Interesting to see “thickened” (or is it “thickening”) cream and “tomato sauce” which I assume is a little like our ketchup?
