  1. Your quiches look delicious – yum! Share your recipe?
    My Hubs had a sleep study and swore he did not sleep all night. Did you actually sleep? Good luck with it. He used (suffered through!) CPAP for several months before he was approved for Inspire surgery, and it has made a huge difference in his sleep.

  3. So sorry you had to do the sleep apnea test. The RC has done it several times and he swears he didn’t sleep all night. Your quiche ‘rescue’ looks delicious!

  4. Nice recovery on the pastry. I’ve had some similar issues and now always put a piece of parchment paper under the pie weights. (If I’m still worried about sticking, I’ll spray the bottom part with pan spray).
    I like the list categories. I do a similar thing and it helps me try for progress in all areas.

  5. Great way to recover the pasta, Joy. The quiche looks great, but that cherry tomato pie is awesome looking. I wish I had a slice! LOL Those so-called sleep studies are really sleepless studies IMHO!! I hope you had a better week this week. Thanks for sharing with us at Monday Musings.
