  1. I do not find joy in movement easily so, here are ways that I do. I love my online yoga class…I don’t have to leave the house. I also love working out with my bestie. We facetime and do a program a trainer worked up for us. BUT one other piece of joy is putting on a song and dancing to it…simple and fun. Don’t do it enough and I am going to try to sneak in a few of these this month!

  2. I’m not athletic at all either, but I do enjoy walking, especially in the woods behind our house. Since spring is trying really hard to make it’s appearance (but we keep getting snow or ice storms), I’m going to try to get out and walk at least four days a week. Not today – ice storm. 😐

  3. I’m not athletic either and, like you, walking around my sewing room is mostly my exercise. I do try (although it’s easy to find a reason not to) to walk up and down the apartment hall ten times every day. Better than nothing I guess. If I try to walk outside (which would be a lot more interesting) the Resident Chef insists on coming too. He walks at a snail’s pace with his little 28″ inseams and I outpace him with every step. He’s also gotten unsteady on his feet so walking outdoors isn’t safe for him.
